Greetings!

It’s been a while since I’ve written, thanks to all of you who reached out curious about what I’ve been up to.  My last 8 weeks were like this: 

Back to work full time(my job is still interesting but I don’t miss the nightshifts!)*, Juggling childcare till Marcy is off for the summer(Thank Grammie and Memere for providing relief during this busy time!!), Turned 30, Closed on a townhouse(college fund for the kids), Caught up on training(ran the PARE at 3:02, yay better than last year,  for a reminder of what that is like click here), accepted offer on a house downtown closes June 1st, multiple tenant turnover, visited family in AB for a week, my son Landen started walking, and we are trying to get him and Livy to wear their glasses.

As you can see I have had my hands full during the last transition, so the newsletter took a backburner.  But now I am back! I will be experimenting with different formats in upcoming issues so be sure to let me know what you like/dislike 🙂

*Aside: In two short months back at work I’ve dealt with hundreds of situations of human nature, at it’s worst and at it’s best.  I had forgotten what that was like and the 9mo parental leave was a nice break to reset my thinking, I can now respond to files with a fresh perspective. I will write more about this topic one day…
